marks the end of dance camp 06...

it was a very very long time since i last played so wild, played so hard, played so much. maybe i sound very fake, very insincere, but wateva i say is from the bottom of my heart.

when i first arrived back at dance room yesterday morning, i wasnt expecting much. well, i know the sec4s will have a low turnout, but i didnt know tat py and desmond will not even stay for the night lah. it was a scam. and serene decided tat she shall go home to do her pae. i thought tat i cant bear to leave the sec3s behind alone in the camp with no sec4s, so i tink i better stay lah…

starting on the 1st day, the station games was.. too easy =). well i tink tat the icebreakers could be better, so tat they are really breaking ice and not forming them. the king station was the best. and jun kai scamed serene into believing tat king will be the dryest. yah right. after playing with the water, went to meet ms wan.

actually, anybody in the right state of mind, with a pae undone, not sure of where to go for pae, will definitely not be playing in camps like this. call me insane =). it was a difficult time for me, trying to figure out whr should i entrust my next phase of life to, but the camp seriously made me forget my worries, and i had fun throughout it.

after meeting with ms wan, back to dance room for elope. i tink i missed 1 of the games, but elope was good enuff. but i still tink the original elope is more fun, the modified 1 provides enuff entertainment in a constrained space lah... so i tink its good enuff...

but next up in the LT was BORING. i see the dance videos like dunno how many times liao lah... and i tink the plan com should have done a better job engaging the crowd when things go wrong mah, but since it wasnt unexpected circumstances, its forgivable.

the bbq was nearly, very very nearly a disaster lah. its not abt the cooking or anything, but the setting up of the fire lah. the plan com not nearly take the table and treat it as fuel lor. but lucky got mrs goh the physis teacher, if not the plan com blur blur go put the charcoal tray on the table and start fire, it will be the end of DS. then the amt of food was too much lah... maybe coz they juz couldnt cook tat quickly...

while helping mrs goh lock up the gate then i realize how easy was it to climb over the sch gates lah. its like even i can climb over it lor. edi effortlessly went out of the sch, as easy as abc.

the idea of the projector for the disco night was very very good(clap clap). but setting can be improved ba... i thought the light sticks last yr compared to this was better. the setting overall still can lah, but then is coz there is no 1 to go wild in there. last yr, we have yiwen lah, yirong lah, huai ying lah. celest lah these kinda siao siao gals to go wild. but maybe due to the lack of seniors to bring up the atmosphere, the disco night didnt really actually take off. more like for the plan com to enjoy themselves. but the idea was nice lah, so cant really blame them.

debrief for the plan com was interesting lah, nvr a senior was allowed to the debrief lah.. but no choice i only sec4 very sianz so go see see lor. but sec3s dun expect u can go nxt yrs plan com’s debrief hor =).

after tat, finished showering, camp a little in dance room, talk cock, its fun lah. the snacks not bad also. then talked about the eerie things in sch, heard how jing hui heard “hello, hello” in the toilet up the chapel, how gals spread rumours of pple seeing apparitions(ghost i tink) in the toilets behind the hall. the worst part was hearing wat wan leng had to say lor. and i even linked her voice to wat happened(u must be there to know wat i talking abt). SUPER SCARY SIA... then she ‘see’ somebody beside the tree outside the dance room lah. wtH!!! maybe is i scaring myself lah but i also felt got pple outside when there obviously isnt any1 there lor. nearly scared the wits out of me. then wan leng was like so quiet for a period of time lah. its… scary…

decided tat we shall not stay in dance room, moved to hall as a BIG grp so tat we shall not be scared, then jun kai, xiao peng, chen da, gu zheng not like lie down straight away slp like pig lor. i can even last for 1 more hour chatting with jun hao, drinking red wine with him. and the red wine was gd lor. but decided tat i should have some sleep too.

the next day, the breakfast was… pathetic… but thx junkai for tat choco bread, and lucky me can go buy food so it wasnt really tat bad. then going back to dance room for yet another rd of elope(modified style) and i felt tat the atmosphere was much better than the day before lor. maybe plan com learned from the debrief, and i felt tat overall the engagement was gd.

then decided tat i should go register my pae.

when i was back they went to play captains ball liao. cap ball was fun lah, it will nvr not be fun if u play ur heart out. moved from hall to the track when the wushu pple wanted to use the hall(bloody wushu). then, it starts to drip from the sky, then start drizzling, then decided tat we should stop cap ball, and wait for rain to stop. lol but i roped in jinn hwee and wan leng to play volleyball with me in the rain. the ball too slippery so cannot really hit the ball well. but IT WAS REALLY REALLY VERY VERY FUN when u can play in the rain. very very very very fun. especially when the rain so big. shuang.

then went back into canteen after a while and they started cheering. and i thought it was the best part in the whole camp. even though the rain was big(real heavy), but it cannot drown the cheers and the high atmosphere. like tat 'oh it was sad' cheer, though i didnt really know how does it go. i thought it was gd tat the plan com learn from yesterday's mistake and did their best to keep the crowd going while they sit out waiting for the sun to come out. and when the sun come out, the track not like steaming lor, its like u put water on hot pan and its evaporating. a spectacular sight. then they decided tat they shall drag the camp and let them go for lunch.

after lunch, cont cap ball. though the clouds came back and it drizzled throughout, but i tink its still very very fun. then come the dance tradition of old com vs new com. it was imba. 1 sec four only. in the end have to split the whole com into 2 for the match. it was juz a symbolic match with me representing all sec4s taking part in 1 of the teams. maybe next yr the com MUST turn up for the dance camp no matter wat. after all this it was alrdy 3 o'clock and it was not gd for to drag the others while we play lah...

back they went to the dance room and come the prize presentation. lol really cant imagine a grp getting negative score, but yah tats the case lor. i thought the results was rigged when the most enthu team went to my group. lol my grp very enthu mehz? and like i said the sec4 team most united. only 1 sec 4, and i got my body parts with me, everything sec4 with me, most united can. but of course they didnt buy my story and no more united prize for me. sad.

following tat, after a cheer, they are all released. then as a sec4 farewell gift to them, i took them to do 5 pumpings. its not 1,2,3,4,5 but o-n-e-1 those kind. wah lao long time no pump cannot last until ten lah.. do i tink 5 can liao. until 5 i not alrdy all parts of body cramping lor. have to train sia.

then the whole sec3s(at least the boys) stayed back to help clean up while me slack =). they eat snacks lah all those, and i wonder y they got SOOOOOOOOOO many tidbits lah.. like going picnic like tat sia.

after tat went to je S-11 to eat abit with the sec3 guys, and tat wraps up the end of my 4-yrs dance experience.

btw, malan road campus at night... is gay. its big and like jun hao say got alot of corners. then wan leng tat incident not make the sch look even more scary lah. the canteen so bloody big, then the water keep dripping on the plastic roof, keep making tat sound... then still got tat tunnel all those. the sch, is super eerie.

to the sec3s:

for me, i felt it was really fun. even though i had blisters, cramps, and all those, i really hope it didnt end and can continue for another day. and im very happy for all u. from the camp i can see all of u can work together as a single entity, play as a single entity, enjoy as a single entity. it was really heartwarming for me, and i really hope tat u guys can build on this camp, and work hard for the syf nxt yr. i hope u guys will lead the juniors and guide them so tat they will be as good, or maybe even better as u guys.

once again, thank you sec3s for giving me such a wonderful, unforgettable experience.
