hello dancers, here's next week schedule, please refer if you are still unsure and take note of the details in red, thanks(: Monday 28 June – Press Conference at SAM 9am - 20 Dance society Performers leave classroom for food in canteen(Lunch student’s own) 930am - Hair, make-up and costume (Dance studio) 1015am - Warm up and rehearsal 1100am - Board Bus 12noon - Reporting time at SAM (Snacks & Refreshments by RV) 2pm - Start of Press conference (Pei Yao & Jessica = press rep) 415pm - Board to depart for RVHS (Dismiss from RVHS) Tuesday 29 June – Mass Display Rehearsal Attire: School PE attire 720am - Morning assembly (Follow class time table) 1145am - TEACHER’S BREIFING (Dance studio) / DANCERS LEAVE CLASS FOR LUNCH 12noon - All Year 2 leave class for lunch (Lunch student’s own) 1215pm - REPORT TO DANCE STUDIO 1230pm - Assemble in RV Hall -Briefing (Costume, Hair, Make up) -FT- take attendance (Tables and chairs in Hall remains untouched) 145pm - Props and Students board bus & lorry 3pm - Report to ARENA (No holding room for that day) 3pm-5pm - RVHS Rehearsal (Snacks & Refreshments by RV) 5pm-6pm - Finale Rehearsal (No Display Bands) 630pm - Board to depart for RVHS Wednesday 30 June – Full Combined Rehearsal 1 Attire: School PE attire DANCERS REPORT TO DANCE STUDIO BEFORE MORNING ASSEMBLY, DO NOT GO TO CLASS.
